About

Dan McDonald is an Exercise Physiologist with a background in the Royal Australian Air Force (RAAF) and Queensland Police Service (QPS), where he worked in injury prevention, rehabilitation and physical conditioning.

He specialises in injury rehabilitation and strength and conditioning, helping individuals return to full physical capacity through structured, evidence-based programs.

Dan has extensive experience managing neck, back, shoulder, hip and knee injuries, particularly when it comes to restoring function, building strength and returning to meaningful real-world activity.

He works with general clients, DVA veterans and return to work cases, delivering individualised care in a private, low volume setting.
